I have no clue,I was being sarcastic and quoted what's on the back of their trailers. But hey,you you will also "drive like a boss" with them.Or is it USA Trucking?
They are OK to work for but the money is not there ,what most guys do is turn in the paper work get paid for the load, it's like payday advance. OK I run were I am know about two thousand miles for the week my total cost per week is 1250, OK know after that plus fuel and they take 25% out I take home 980 ,if I run at dart with just those miles I would see nothing. Just telling it the way it is
I will Brake it down for you... 0.98 per mile + 0.105 fsc...... after their discount you pay between 1.70-1.98 a gallong for fuel most loads are between 40k-46klbs alot of short hauls.. can easily average 450-500 miles a day everything is drop and hook they figure prices out on a daily basis... figure about $120 a day for fixed truck expenses... then 0.07 per mile for maintaince Fuel Highway Tax the nice thing is you can settle out whenever you want, (if you want to settle after each load you can).. the Bad: THEY LIE SO BAD! Your SIGN ON BONUS, they promise you, they will never give you, they will come up with some laim excuse of "The state your from doesnt get a sign on bonus" or the best one is when they never register the truck, and act like its no big deal.
Hmm, saw a Dart driver in a truck stop in Oklahoma looking around for change on the ground all around the truck stop..think he finally scrounged up enough money for a crunch wrap before driving away..sad, not a good sign....
