FEDS and prosecutors did not fail. The DC residents on the Grand Jury failed. Just like the DC Council that gives the kids with guns and carjackings a slap on the wrist if that. Won't arrest them and people wonder why crime is so high and it keeps on happening. No accountability. At least he got fired and won't get that job back.

 

Sounds like the will of the people has spoken.
