Dash lights and signal clicker.

My left turn turn signal wont click or have the dash arrow light up more times than not.

Speedo and tach work, but have no back lighting.

If I have the headlights on and turn the dimmer down, the dash dims, but then the high beam light indicator becomes visible.

If i turn dimmer up, dash gets bright, high beam indicator goes out.

Time for a new cluster, or are these fixable?
