Might not be too much you can do at this point, you should have called Leo and made a report, and being that it's a leased trailer they will probably ask you to send pics, and say well since there are no holes no biggie.

You can contact the company and most likely get the driver fired.

but if the trailer is just being leased and you are buying it well guess you stuck with it. But if you will be turning it in and getting another you may find that you will end up paying for it in the long run.
