Just found this. Anyone familiar with it?
http://www.dashcam.co/products/truc...rding-360-degree-coverage?variant=10719846788
I don't like the fact that there is no contact info, phone number or home address. Makes me leery and suspicious.
Dashcam recommendations?

The mobius is a good, reliable dash cam. I've had one running 24/7 for over 2 years.
Garmin does not actually make the dash cams they sell.
(Or Cobra)
(I do not know about the new GPS thing with a cam they have out now.) The garmin dash cams are made under contract in china, and are drastically substandard to better dash cams available, cheaper.
You won't find a decent dash cam that is a good value for sale at truck stops.
Forget about the bells and whistles, they really don't do much.
You just want something reliable, that produces good video.
You also want a capacitor based dash cam, not one that runs off of a battery. The batteries bite the dust pretty quickly in heavy use. They also can damage the camera sometimes during summer when the battery goes south from heat, but mostly in parked cars.
I still wouldn't buy a dash cam that doesn't have a capacitor for use in a truck.
(Unless you like buying a dash cam every year) -
Sounds like a bunch of great info. I'll continue to do my homework.

It does have a sensor so if someone bumps u while asleep it will save it and if u turn sensor off as long as memory card is in there it will save each video in 4 min segments and u can play thru each one and it will give u the option to save that video file u want to keep. The saved files and the sensor files that it automatically saves will not be deleted off card until u delete them.

The one I have I bought when they first came out in one of my trucks. It was expensive then like $325 or so. Now the same one is much cheaper close to $200 or even less with mail in rebates. The one I have in this truck is 2 1/2 years old and still going strong. Leave it plugged in and it has been running steady 24/7 with no problems at all. In fact I don't think other than when I powered it off when I bought a memory card which was about a year after I purchased it that it has ever been turned off since I stuck it to the windshield. As u can see it has 100 plus hours of recording on it so far since it did a self clean out on all the unsaved or sensor tripped files.
