Id be operating under my own authority. I also have been considering running Intra-State Florida. Then Id just need insurance, a state license plate and a DOT #. Florida is really easy to establish an Intra-State operation but I think being apportioned and having the ability to bounce into Georgia would open the door to some better paying freight.
