I know guys that have both. Either or is good. There's no way I'd ever downgrade to any of the lower tiered versions without auto refresh. People complaining about non-existent loads aren't typically using Pro or Power.

I've seen videos where someone is showing the load board on their puter and they call about a load and its gone. Then they go on a rant about all these non-existing loads but if you look at the search result time compared to the time on the clock on their puter, I just laugh.

I have used ITS. What is disturbing to me is the broker rates (not an ITS issue) and was hoping that the loads on DAT Power would provide better rates. Dry van loads for $1.20?! - not going on my equipment. I am going to give DAT Power a try and hope to find loads that represent the job that we all do out there!!

Thank you all for your comments and feedback!! Be safe!!

Get ready for disappointment then because there's plenty of $1.20 a mile van freight on DAT too. What do you expect? Spot rates are what they are regardless of the source. If you want to find something worth hauling from any loadboard you'll have to work at it. No-one brokering out freight starts out by offering top dollar or even profitable rates.

    What market is paying 1.20?

I wouldn't be shocked if the Northeast, CO, and NM were paying 1.20 going out on lanes to better places.

I figured there were a few, but that's not the norm.

Sounds like long haul 1,000 or 1,000+ mile dry van loads out of pretty much anywhere, USA. But I get offered dry van loads like that out of TN too. And TN really isn't that bad of an area even in the worst of times. But Nashville to Los Angeles yeah $1.20-$1.40 a mile is about what it pays.

I'm using DAT Power and it has been good so far. Going with Power gives you access to the real time updates. That alone is worth the price difference from truckers edge I think.

I just got one that today. Takes some time to figure it all out. I like the hot map thing, but not sure how accurate it is. The real time data is nice. Funny to see certain brokers re-posting their stuff every 15 mins.
