You guys are thorough. None of the inspectors has ever kept copies of my log pages, nor have they photographed any violations discovered.

good luck getting the VA changed. i had a false charge on me and data Q did nothing. luckly i have a lawyer in the family and he went to bat for me got the false charge removed. prick DOT pig in perryville thinking he was hot stuff.

When presented w/ documentation; I have found Data Q to be good at resolving most issues though some states [like New york!] seem to fight a bit harder.
I had one overweight where the lease operator took off w/ my door signs and got nailed on a scale.
After having my terminal [Savannah] get the info on the load he had pulled out of Garden City on that day and the SCAC of his new carrier; I took iot back to Data Q.
The Georgia trooper decided that the SCAC wasn't good enough so I ended up calling the Company that registers the SCAC and obtained the actual name and address of the company and then Georgia took it off. -
