If I recall, in our testing using Fuel on-route, Weather, and Traffic it was about 500-700mb a month based upon a drivers week. Your usage may vary depending on what services you use.

For the future,,,, in the first fold on Electronic Connection there is a support thread for questions such as this.

@NavigatorWife - Sorry to hear about your 720, but depending how old his maps are could be part of the reason. Maps are never 100% correct and if addresses are missing please let me know. The TND cannot be blamed if the core maps do not hold the data. If he is having issues with his units, please post in the Support Thread.

Google maps is internet related. Rand has it's own maps without the internet. It'll work without the internet where as google won't. Both however require internet for traffic. Unless rand has some other way to do traffic.

10-4. This thread is about data usage with Rand's TrafficEverywhere feature.

After a week of daily OTR use, TrafficEverywhere doesn't appear to use much data at all. However, it doesn't seem to be alerting me to traffic slow-downs at all. I may need to check some settings. Great GPS though, I'm loving it.

It doesn't. Like Mark said, it was between 500-800 Mb on high usage of both the weather and the traffic. I don't think you could use 1 Gb in one month on the 730 even if you left it connected and moving day and night (which you won't unless maybe you have a team driving it around the clock.)

    skidrow and Inside_Intelligence Thank this.
