It seems that when it's close to being ready to change the last little bit goes real fast! I could not get the RPM's higher then 2,000 before it started chugging.
OK, gonna come clean.
I put the new filter in and it was really hard to get the cover back on. Just realized I didn't take the old cone shaped rubber thingie out before putting the new one in. Now I have double protection!!!
