The moment everyone has waited for with unparalleled anticipation is here.

    121,000 mile update.
    73,000 on steers.

Maybe I'm on crack but they are exactly the same as last time.

The steers are actually 16/32 on the edges. 13/32 in the middle.
    Wearing even.

DrIves are 14/32 to 16/32 Wearing mostly even.
The drives are off 2/32 depending wear you measure and one is wearing odd like the Yokohama steer did.

They get rotated again in another 9000 when I PM.

    110 PSI steers
    100 PSI drives

Tug Toy and jsnell Thank this.

Dave, I thought about you, when I went to TA, and they quoted me $5K for 8 Bridgestone drive tires (ooooouuuuccchhh)

I snuck out the side door

I'm still dubious on the high dollar tires.

In a perfect world, on perfect highways, without road hazards, sure.

In the real world of California and Indiana & Ohio. Good luck with that.

Wrench said they are using Bridgestone I think, not really big money ones, or they are getting good deal, but he said they are getting 240K +, and their drivers idea of checking the tires is they were all on when they got in the truck.

The moment everyone has waited for has arrived.

Time to update the tire wear thread.

    140,000 drives
    92,000 steers

I just had inspection so I'm going to use his numbers.

    Drives 13/32nds
    Steers 12/32nds

Steers still cupping a little on the outside edge of both tires.

    Drives wearing evenly.

Drives rotated 10K ago at last PM.

I don't comprehend how they can get... 240, 300, 350, 500K miles out of tires in heavy duty commercial work and the crappy tires on the cars have failed to perform as advertised on 80000 piddling miles, not even 30K. I recall as a kid tires for cars did not go much beyond say 12000 miles. You were more careful what you drove and when back then.

Did notice some unusual cupping on a drive last week

To me a tire that is cupping is crying in pain. There is something out of whack in there somewhere. Either Bearing, hub or suspension etc.
