STAY AWAY! DAX LOGISTIX-uses 3 addresses and 2 names. 1. DAX Freight out of FT. Myers (same company) and E.15th ST. Sarasota, Florida, and also;1615 South Ingram Rd., Springfield, Missouri. They use the 877- number for both Florida and Missouri. Not sure what the Missouri address is used for as they only have a 1-room office on what I think is a junkyard in Sarasota.

They are SCAMMERS from the word go, thieves and criminals. They are always looking for drivers. They use different cities in Florida to advertize for drivers. They will not issue last pay and deduct for cleaning truck, deduct for sending you home, deduct for anything that breaks due to common wear. No last paycheck and never send it or escrow claiming they did.

They are the worst of the worst and dispatcher Bryan is non-stop liar and hot-head, Shea in hiring is a scammer, deceiver, liar. Owner is a crook and liar also.Your pay is always late, short, and issued with no weekly wage statement. They are one or the most thieving companies to exist. They don't want to pay repair shops when you get repairs done even though they already had estimate. They get rid of drivers constantly FOR NO REASON and then keep their pay and escrow. Extremely toxic work environment and chaotic dispatch form Bryan.

Bryan will try to fast-talk you down-show no respect for any driver. He is extremely difficult to work with and untrustworthy lying to shippers and receivers constantly. If you make the mistake of driving for them, you will get a good lesson on the many ways drivers are cheated,scammed, lied to and treated like trashy dogs.

Junk equipment constantly breaking-down on the road. Say they will pay you for 24 yours waiting for service truck to show-up, they pay nothing to you. Had to sit in non-running truck with 2 degree temperature for 4 hours waiting on service truck (" hes comnig, hes coming -stay there") and would not let me go across street to motel -6 hours he shows-up.

Shea will shove documents for you to sign that would take hours to read, and claims you forgot to sign them online. In them somewhere they say you signed to agree to $1000 escrow deduction (even though I asked and they told me NO escrow. She/they will NEVER give you a copy of the work contract even if you ask 100 times-always some excuse.. They threaten to fire you over any small disagreement almost every day-like mentioning detention or pay shortage.

They tell you on the phone how great a company they are and how they care about drivers, have good equipment, no escrow and the lot, when you get there and start working, reality sets in.

Please heed this warning and run as fast as you can from them. Could write a book on the deceiving scams they throw at you.
