Day cab or sleeper?

A natural update for this "oldie but a goodie" thread is the added value the HOS rule changes gave to sleepers several years ago. I would sorely miss the ability to pause my 14 during the day without a sleeper behind me.

I friggin hate day cabs, if I parked a truck in the yard every day for for years, I still wouldn’t own one, too many odd ball options where it would be nice to have

the whole reason I bought my sleeper to begin with is we were on a job 14 miles from the yard that we would show up and just get paid hourly to blow smoke, until they told
Us go home.
