    thanks..but most information is not current. it wasnt really helpful concerning company drivers. all i read was horrible company but no info..only reason i inquire is that i heard they dont pay overtime after 40 hours?? is this true ...

    My father worked with them back in the 90's when they were just coming up. Made great money as an O/O and then left shortly after they built the building they are in now, slashed accessorial pay among other things and benefits were non existent.
    My father in law stayed with them for a long time, made good money as an O/O and as a company driver. Left because he lives in FL as well and wifey was tired of seeing him only once or twice a month.
    Scott Fields (owner/founder) is a bit shady of a character, but who isn't up in NJ?
