You guys didn't pay attention to the date on Lilbit's post.....Injun Thanks this. -
I already stated countless times that the hour is FLAGGED. It isn't lost. Go to the graph tab in the HOS window and you'll clearly see that. The EOBR still notes you drove the time you drove. It doesn't give you a extra hour, and it doesn't remove a hour.Last edited: Nov 5, 2011

Still you can not log more than the dot allows on any given day including a 10 or split logged for that day. so even if you move the hand on a clock foward or backwards, the the DOT log book only has 24 hours. the time changes not affect the hours of service.
THBatMan8 Thanks this. -
2011:06:00:01 to 2011:11:07:00:01 = 24:00 hours you can not change a 24 hour day into 23 hours or 25 hours. It is physically impossible based on the laws of celestrial objects orbiting the Sun (measured in earth days).

i never said it changed the hos 11/14 or 10 all i said was on e-log if you start driving at 00:00 and stop at 10:00 (end of your 11 hr's on line 3) that the e-log shows 10 hr's flag or no flag it still shows and counts 10 hr's and thats wrong.
