2011 westernstar compressor not kicking in and ya I don’t have power to the clutch. I checked fuse in dash it’s good! Tried following wires but goes into a bunch!

The binary switch needs to sense proper pressure in order to turn on the compressor. Need to have appropriate amount of refrigerant in the system.
I would suggest taking it in to a dealer if you don't know how the HVAC system works nor the resources as you could potentially do more damage to the system.

I never knew there was a binary switch I was looking all over for the stupid low switch. So even if they binary switch isn’t working I won’t ever get power to the clutch? Weird how that works then.

You need to actually verify you have the correct refrigerant in the system AND the correct amount. The stuff doesn't last nor keep forever.

Yeah but the thing is I don’t have power going to the compressor. And I don’t have correct amount of Freon so that won’t be an issue now. I’ve done it same way for long time now! Brand new Freon

I have no idea what you're trying to describe.

You need to have the proper amount of refrigerant in order for the TX valve to activate the relay going to the HVAC compressor. The WHOLE SYSTEM needs to be evacuated and "3.30 lbs" (whatever the sticker says under the hood) filled. THEN the TX valve will [should] operate accordingly, thus, allowing the AC compressor request from the HVAC controller to operate the compressor.

Get 3.30 lbs filled in the system, then continue troubleshooting.

Swapping out parts without actually verifying them isn't a good strategy on fixing the problem.

It could also be the wiring, or the HVAC controller, PWR, GND, etc.

What is the last 6 of your vin? I can look up wiring, since it doesn't sound like you thoroughly looked at that first.
