Dd13 525 HP 1850 torque?

    Dd13 525 HP 1850 torque, have any of you guys driven this engine? I found one version of the Cascade with this engine. What do you think, is this a reliable engine with 525 HP. Is there a chance that they squeezed 525 out of it and the resource decreased?

    I’ve never seen that power rating on a DD series engine. Not saying that it doesn’t exist though.

    What year? And to see 1850 torque on a DD13 is strange.

    If there was a concern that it would fly apart they wouldn’t have built it with that power rating. Manufacturers have to warranty these engines and are conservative with power because of that reason. I wouldn’t be afraid of a factory 525/1850
