DD15 Check Engine/DEF light that Clears with a Regen?

For the past year, I’ve been having this strange check engine light: two amber check engines and one constant flashing DEF light right above the DEF level gauge. Interestingly, a regen clears this problem every single time. This happens once every 1 or 2 months, and it’s usually associated with SPN 3364 FMI 2 or FMI 1, although I think I’ve had this happen with a different SPN. The regen takes 41-44 minutes to complete.

This is on a 2014 Freightliner Cascadia DD15.
