DD15 , fuel/air problem , not constant / need help

Ok I’m having this EXACT same issue. Bought my with almost same mileage and been fighting for weeks with this. Replaced delta p sensor and codes came back on with 500 miles. Took off egr and heat pipe and cleaned everything but still nothing. Within 2 days I had to have a call out to do a computer forced regen because the truck won’t with the check engine lights on. This was my 4th one of these in the last 3,000 miles because it wasn’t doing them. Determined that DPF filters needed cleaned out and replaced sensors (about $3,600 and I was stuck in a hotel for 8 days). Still no fix on the codes, random dying issue or the 25% derate I’m running in due to the codes still. Any solutions?

 

I fixed my intermittent boost issue by pulling the delta p pipe off and blowing open the ports. I used carb cleaner and compressed air. It fixed it. the one port was clean, the other plugged. this after I replaced the Delta p sensor... There is a bend in the ports, so a straight hanger or drill bit won't clean it right. You might be able to get a zip tie down, I couldn't on one, the other I could.

 

Replace the venturi pipe. Last one I bought was under $100
