    Depending on hours the engine has the service manual could state replace all injectors and the wiring harness, If you want trouble free operation for the next 500 K

    These newer engines are not designed to run a million miles between overhaul. They have built in obsolescence.

    They have been a customer of ours for over 40 years. So we have a relationship that scratches each others back. I try to treat every customer and there vehicle like I would want me/it to be treated. I always try to help people as much as I can no matter who the customer is. Some appreciate that and some don't. I always try to figure out the problem and if I can't I read and try to figure it out so if it happens again then I will be ready for it. I have a guy that called me Friday that has a throttle issue on a Volvo. 2010 VNL with ISX no throttle response. I have never talked to him before but I listened. He told me he had already towed the truck to two shops and they could not fix it. According to him his insurance pays for three tows free. To bring it to me would be his last free tow. So I asked him where he lived and it is on my way home so I offered to stop by and check it for him before he used his last tow and if I can figure it out it would save him possibly.

    when my 14 liter injector harness went bad it looked like this.
    Oil intrusion wicking down the harness on its way to the ECM.
    Not sure if the DD15 has this issue or not?
