DD15 shutting off.

Funny this just happened to me this morning. Only difference is my coolant was low. The engine light shut off an I'm back rolling but the fault code 111 is still displaying. Eng 1 fault 19 spn 111

 

Next time you stop, you could turn the Master Switch off located on the left side of the drivers seat on the floorboard. Leave it off for 5 minutes. Then turn it back on. That might clear the code, if your lucky.

Edit: I am not sure if all Cascadias have a Master Switch or not.

 

Was able to clear a code the other day by holding the Push Mode/Hold Reset button in, in 2012 Cascadia
Mine shuts down and the gauges sweep 3 times before it starts back up after I have pushed the over ride button, Have an OTC scanner and can clear, all inactive codes, but 2 actve ECI 61 spn 4356, and Cab 33

 

For low coolant level codes assuming you don't actually have low coolant level. Unplug your coolant level sensor in your surge tank. The truck will not shut down for a circuit fault but it will for a low coolant level fault.
