Nope, sorry. From what I've read it's a one way ticket either way. :biggrin_25525: I'm going to be in the fun section! The section with the bouncers, water slides, swings, bar-b-que and chocolate. :biggrin_25522:

You just get the area that has the charcoal.:biggrin_25524:

I had a night like that earlier this year. The cast of characters included:

    • a guy who kept repeating "I can't find my pants!" in a raspy voice
    • a whistler -- nothing musical, nothing creative, just ear-piercing high pitched squawks every couple of minutes
    • a guy who kept singing the same two words over and over ("LAAAAIIIID BAAAAACK! LAAAIIID BACK!! LA- LA- LA- LAAAAIIIIID BAAAAAAAAAACK!!!") and
    • (my favorite) a fellow I'll call Captain F-Bomb; seriously it must have been every third word out of his mouth and he got louder every time someone tried to tell him to shut up. And no, it wasn't Tourette's from what I could tell -- just one heckuva nasty attitude.
I don't know why they do it, but my stupidometer pegged that night. Good times!

Every time I've driven in Chicago I've had the BEST time in traffic jams! LOL Seriously, I had some great laughs on the CB with other drivers in Chicago.

Several of us had some others convinced we'd pulled to the shoulder and were setting up grills to have a cook out and hold a block party. One guy kept saying "I don't think the cops are gonna let you do that!" He must have said it 20 times. :biggrin_2559::biggrin_2559::biggrin_2559: I finally told him "Hey! Sgt O'Malley is gonna grill the burgers!"

there are a couple of reasons for this

    1. there were no bears, seat covers, or accidents to talk about
    2. they didn't have their cb's on
    3. they no speak english
    4. they were on the phone
    5. they were tuned into their favorite channel on sirius
    6. they are anti-social so you wouldn't want to talk to them anyway

this use to bug me too but I just decided to let it go and chalk it up to one of those reasons...
