This is huge. My last company truck was sandblasted and had failed wiper gouges but as good as the company maintained the trucks they wouldn’t replace it because it wasn’t cracked.
If I had stayed with them another month it was going to get a large rock hit.

2021 Cascadia, just hit 200k. Have driven other trucks with the same issue
Why some people insist on driving with their high beams on the second it gets dark is beyond me. The trucks with the row of fog lights are not helping

I use the yellow night-driving glasses and they helped tremendously. Also, if your windshield is dirty, it exacerbates the problem because it breaks up the light rays, so you're getting hit from different angles multiple times.

I use my hand to block forward glare and adjust the mirrors for the bozos behind me.

I carry a big bag of peanut M&Ms....some Jack -off with brights or misaligned headlights riding my rear bumper.. I toss a handfull out window for them... they either pass or back off

I'm a night driver, and glare is exactly why I'm so particular about keeping my glass clean and film-free. The outside builds up a film too.

Hopefully you don’t have astigmatism. That makes contacts a bit of a pain. If they rotate, you’re practically blind again.

I usually get an eye exam done locally at an Optometrist office or even Walmart. Then I use my prescription to order glasses online from Zenni Optical. I've been using them for years. Thier prices can't be beat and they have a large selection from cheap to really nice.
