There's a few downgrades that are pretty bad. 68 east into Cumberland, MD comes to mind.

LOL When I lied in Tennessee, I used to tease them every time they said mountains by telling them if you can walk over it in a day it is not a mountain.... LOL

Pretty good summation of reasons for feeling faint.

No offense. But the post was regarding ALTITUDE, NOT downgrades.
This poor Brother needs to see a Doctor ASAP. SERIOUSLY, He's got an issue. If anyone's been driving more than a few months OTR, Once you hit the NM, CO, WY, MT borders. This poor guy is in serious trouble!!! You KNOW that. SERIOUSLY, I feel for him.
Hopefully it's something easy. Good luck Brother. And hope this gets taken care of easily!

My brother told me a friend just had an episode of dizziness in his truck and it turned out to be carbon monoxide poisoning. He had a leak in the exhaust system and CO got into the cab.
It would be worthwhile to get a CO detector in your cab and see whether you might have an exhaust system problem. Especially for anyone that likes to idle their truck while sleeping it would be a good idea to have a CO detector with an alarm.rpad139 Thanks this. -
Wow never thought of that possibility
