anytime you get arrested you get dinged on your criminal history. DISMISSED OR NOT.

and if spelling isn't your strong suit. you better make it.

companies want CLEAN people that know how read and write the english language. it's also the law.

i heard of one mexican fellow that got his license REVOKED right at the scale house.

learn how to spell. and clean up your act. those are very easy things to do. you go to your background criminal investigations. and apply for EXPUNGEMENT. very cheap. you do it yourself.

PROBLEM SOLVED AND YOU'LL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING A DRUGGIE AGAIN.

untill you clean up your act. your wasting your time.

i also had a possession. and 2 duis. the second one never made it to court. but I HAD TO EXPUNGE the cops mess.

Yes lameduck I would check into an expungement where the judge will seal your past record so you can get a job. Each state is a little different so I can't give you specifics. Most won't hide traffic violations like a DUI but the pot charges they can.

Dont know about other states but expungement in utah means erased. Not even life history of driving record shows my duis

I am totally clean unless utah changed laws recently to dig up the past.

Duis used to be 6 years. On the 8 year it reappered because the law was changed to 10 years

CRST is a Bottom Feeder. You don't want to work there anyway. I would suggest a local rock hauling job or something. They don't care about that stuff.

It might of been a good thing CRST didnt accept you. Clean up your record with the expungement like everyone else said.

I talked to a CRST driver he said he makes .22cpm So if you bust your ##### off and are able to get a least 3000 miles. You re only grossing 660 a week and thats before deductions and taxes. Thats highway robbery. But i guess people are willing to work for it because they need jobs and i guess if you re broke working there you can a least foreclose on your house and have your truck to sleep in:biggrin_25516:

That's why I said state by state because I have read a few individual state laws that don't allow DUI's to be expunged. I think it was OH that was one of them. One just has to google their own state and expungement to get the particulars.
