    This is regarding expungements. If this does not help, contact a lawyer. He/She will be able to help you.

    Regarding companies, call and ask for information before submitting an application. I say call before as you may be able to some if not all of your expunged and you do not want to apply at a place that knows your past before it gets expunged, I wsih you the best of luck and keep us updated on your progress.

    Thank you I'm working in getting this done now yesterday I talked to PTL Trucking they dident seem to have a problem with my past and after I got off the phone with them yesterday I was felling pretty good but after looking them up on this site I'm not so sure I know a job is better than sitting at home doing nothing but there was nothing good on them any were and don't know what I'm going to do yet but thanks again for the link it was a big help.

    Take what you can get for now. If PTL hires you, set a goal to stick with them for 12 months & the opportunities will abound. Remember, you are working for your family, not PTL.

    drug charges are not a permanenty diqualifying offense for hazmat or twic. I have my hazmat with a distribution charge...
