dealing with wheel theft

They say necessity is the mother of invention.
I run a small trucking company in South Africa.
We ran for 15 years before our first theft of a wheel.
Then the odd one or two a year.Last year about 50 over three occasions , all with in 6 months.
These things do work.
These company's are all in South Africa but could ship to you I expect.
If you are not familiar with items made in South Africa you can rest assured that there are top quality products made here. Caterpillar, Deer,Mercedes, BMW,GM to name a few have critical metallurgic items manufactured here.There are also some poor quality but not as poor as some items from India or China.
I don't know if they are available in the states but any good engineering/machine shop with 3 axis cnc machines.With bit of design capability , metallurgic expertise and heat treatment capability could produce them.

I would be willing to export them but all depends on volume.

Rock salt HELL! That only pisses them off.....I would want something that would leave a permanent mark......like 00Buck..

 

We have a type of corn here that some replace the buck shot with.
Much like rock salt but the seed germinates and starts growing internally if not removed surgically.
