It's funny because my metabolism is so high that I gain muscle really fast and don't really gain weight. My workout with Estes comes from dealing with dollies. When I first started here, I was 158 solid but not as cut. Now I'm 180, more muscle, but not as cut as my military days.
I admiti have a bad habit of eating anything because my metabolism saves me, but I stopped that. That greasy food have you tired all the time. Also, the two trailers I'm pulling are going right to the terminal you're out of lol.

You're heading to the Temple terminal? When are you looking to arrive?

Some people can eventually adjust to running at night. I couldn’t. It nearly killed me.Western flyer, Bob Dobalina, Cardfan89 and 2 others Thank this.

I'm not sure why, but I love running at night. Always have for some reason. I've been a night owl since I was a young kid though, maybe that's why, lol.
DaveWestern flyer, Bob Dobalina and Radman Thank this. -
I don’t mind getting up and going at 2-3 in the morning. That’s tolerable.
All night long on the other hand isn’t, IMHO.Western flyer and Cardfan89 Thank this. -
I hear ya. In my previous job I did a lot of running from about 9pm to 9am or so. I enjoyed it.

The front trailer was going to Temple and the rear to McAllen. Man I went from STL to Dallas and almost ran out of time. I been driving since about 0830 and made it to the terminal at 2002. I can't stand that mandatory 30 min break crap. It makes you more tired than you already are and screws up your time. I mostly do a 30 while getting fuel lol.
Yes, I'm THAT guy at times but only if it's not busy. -
So you're in Dallas or have you already came through Temple and dropped?
-
I'm in Dallas man. It was coming here but the final destination is there. I got here with 3 minutes on the clock lol.TheyCallMeDave Thanks this.

That killed me at US Foods. 2am - 3am start times. I can do nights pretty easily. After you run nights for awhile I have the stamina to stay up 24+ hours. It’s weird. With caffeine of course. I use to not be able to drive at night like most people.
