Yea I saw that, too bad it's about 2-2 1/2 hours from me. I did apply for the regional gig at UPS thought.

Since your gonna go play in the mud.
Here's your frac sand must have checklist.

Best pair of steel toed waterproof boots you
Can afford. The mud just eats up those cheap
    Ones in 2 months.
Rubber mallet for beating on the side of the
Tank to make sure it's empty.

Duct tape, bungee cords and zip ties.
With the beating that truck takes on those
Dirt roads, sometimes is always coming loose.

Refrigerator is a must,it might be all you have to eat for
    A couple days.
Toilet paper, the port a John will be your primary
Place to take care of business.
And we all know how nasty they can be. Lol.

    Paper towels and windex.
It's either dirt or mud covering the windshield and
Mirrors Every day if your working.

A big piece of plastic to lay on top of your bed.
So when you lay down in your uniform for a quick
Nap while waiting to load or unload, you don't get
That sand in your clean sheets.

It's got chemicals in it and that #### gets everywhere.
    In your pillows,bedding,inside the truck.

And the most important thing BABY WIPES.
Not 2 or 3 packs either. Get a case of them if you can.
That might be your shower for a couple days.

That sand gets in your hair, eyelids, ears,
    Inside your shirt, everywhere.
Every time your done unloading your gonna
Feel like you rolled around in a pile of sand covered in sweat.

Pull over on the leased road, clean up real quick
With those baby wipes and haul ### and do it all over again.

One stop at a time, while the money stacks up. :)

Nobody wants to do this job anymore though.

One nice thing about my company. Pickups are optional, in a manner of speaking. Deliveries are not.

Same here. If I don't empty my trailer, I think I've failed somehow.

We’d rather you miss pickups than have returns. The company doesn’t like having egg on it’s face when a customer gets a bill for a shipment that hasn’t delivered yet.

In my view, it's not about the company, it's about the customer. These folks want their freight on time and undamaged, and it's my job to make that happen.

There's a counterpoint out there to "The Customer Comes First." It states that the employee comes first, because happy employees will take care of the customer. In my own personal case, I believe that to be true.
