Huh.
I've been with Swift for 2 years, and they have not replaced me with one of those hundreds.
My mentor has been with Swift for 8 years now, and he is still going strong.
Many in the company have been here for more than 2x8 years... do the math.
But then, Swift is the largest carrier in the country. So pre-hiring a couple hundred a week is just keeping the juices flowing.
They don't 'weed out' safe and productive drivers just to make room for flunky newbies. Swift is simply a good starting point for new drivers.
A starting point that many drivers decide to stay with.
