Thank you, I didnt even consider them, but I have seen them around.
Swift..... I think you all know why, but I just had a bad 3 years with them, mostly because I was stupid to do lease op.
Watkins Shepard was pretty bad at the start, then I was moved to the best job I ever had was furniture delivery. I was averaging 1300-1600 and that was two loads with 17 stops each. I was supposed to get 3 loads, so they moved me to a local position, and due to how far I had to drive for just 17$hr.
Hub Group was a great local but due to relationship issues, I needed to move. I chose to move to Vegas since it's cheaper out here than in SoCal. They didnt have any openings. Running out of time I chose Jet Set intermodal for Schneider and was supposed to get a 10k bonus, or so I thought. They stated since I was hired with W&S which they own they wouldn't pay me the 10k. So I left them after obtaining my Twic a month later.
Most of these job changes happened last year btw. United Road is only paying about 1200 take home every two weeks..... occasionally 1700 take home.

I dont no who to recommend. But I'm gonna give unasked for advise. Research carefully, very very carefully whoever you go with next. If you continue your current record of job hopping. Soon you will find only the largest most sucky megas will hire you. And if the economy slows down even they will give you a hard time. So be careful and picky who you go with next. Then stay with them at least two years. Ya ya I no mind my own frigging business.

However, I did jump into United Road without having the full picture. So, yes i will do more research, and make sure i can go in with a clear picture.
On that note does anyone know about Marten, CFL, I'll be calling Night Train tomorrow. IWX is still a possibility, but they state on their website you lose your benefits if your not full time. -
