    Looks like a nice clean ol pete, the grill surround won't be cheap to replace, and looks like something punctured the grill, make sure the air to air, radiator, and ac condensor are fine. Doesn't look like its been overhauled recently, would definitly get an oil sample and have it dyno'd.

    Dyno and oil samples are on the list.

    Probably buy something similar if not this. I think if i can make it last a year i can a foord to fix somethings.

    The rears wouldn't bother me, if they have been taken care of it's nothing for them to go over two million miles, might want to throw a set of wheel bearings in for peace of mind. The transmission, an oil sample and a good long test drive would be the deciding factor on that. But you can use the trans and rears for negotiating power on the price, I would. I think the price is on the high side anyway. If everything checks out I would be comfortable for around 20-21k.
