Some of the big companies have very good dedicated accounts to work for schnieder has a lot of dedicated if one of those companies runs dedicated close to you I would go there . I have been driving ten years for mostly small companies then I went to a dedicated job with jb they treat me better than any small company I have ever worked for but they don't hire inexperienced guys will need a year to get on a dedicated account here .
