Cool bro. I think i want to work there. CBs in the trucks? What about detention pay? Where are you from?? -
I live in NC,
Cb, tv , direct tv, and house plugs all in our petwrbilt 579
Detention pay is a joke here 15 an hour after 2 hours. But it's pretty rare I'm delayed that long . Maybe one or twice a month. TMC is very picky so be honest on your ap0lication!Need4Speed Thanks this. -

Pre-hire is like being "Pre-approved" for a credit card. It means that during a cursory glance at your info they found that you are qualified to work there (I.e. you are in fact alive). Once you go through the rest of the hoops you'll find out if they actually want you to work for them.
Hoops including (but not limited to); interviews (at least one maybe up to 3), background check, mvr check, drug test, physical, etc.
Once you go through those and have a firm job offer then you know whether they want you or not. Even then it'll still be provisional on successfully completing orientation and any "in house" tests they give you. -
Because not having a cb radio would be a deal breaker for me!!
Must not be hungry enough. And tmc does have some of the nicest trucks running around out there. Their 579s are gorgeous -
Shut up. Never said it was a dealbreaker -
Where you live at? Many other options that pay better with better opportunities
