I wouldn't worry if I were him. I'd just come on here, post my location, and @Chinatown can hook it up. China would have recommended hooking up with one of those sexy Philipino girls. If the girl blowing ole boy was a looker, he wouldn't have got fired.

Notice he keeps saying personal time with a woman. He doesn't say WHO the woman is. Solicitation of prostitution is a felony in some states. It would be better if the guy disclosed how much of a "bargain" he got for the services of the woman, both before and after the shot of penicillin. Wasn't so cheap then was it now buddy?
hope not dumb twucker Thanks this. -

Doesn't matter one iota. It is a massive invasion of privacy. I would definitely say he has a winning lawsuit against the company for unjust termination and invasion of privacy. If you're off the clock, you're not working. If you're not working it doesn't matter to them what you're doing because it's none of their business. If they want it to be their business then they better pay for 24 hours a day of work everyday you're in that truck.
-
Actually, I think he's going to lose that lawsuit. He really wasn't supposed to have anybody in the truck that don't belong there. Granted, he wasn't driving; but he walked into that trouble. That's not his truck. He's basically a paid squatter in that truck. Lol. These companies don't give us these trucks to get blow jobs, get drunk, and the works. Personally, I have no problem with what people do on their 10. All I say is don't get caught. He should have covered that camera up if he was going to act up. It's designed for work and only work. Privacy only applies if it is your stuff, and your paying your own money to inhabit that space. I'm not going to act like I haven't used a company truck for my personal pleasures, but I knew better than to get caught. If we had driver facing cameras, it's no way I'm taking that risk.gentleroger, mjd4277 and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

I have driver facing camera in my truck and the first thing I do when I get done driving is cover the camera up. It takes all of 2 seconds

These aren't day cabs. They're our apartments on the road. If we shouldn't be doing anything but work in it then pay for my hotel room. Every single night I'm away from home. Stop letting them take advantage of you.
-
Apartment on the road? You must pay rent for your truck lol, and dispatch is your landlord lol...this is starting to get humorous. There is only a bed in your truck to make sure you won't be late for work. Why do they need to pay for your hotel room? Your pleasure isn't there concern. If you're running a decent amount of miles, you really don't even have time to play. I fail to see how a company takes advantage of a driver for having a driver facing camera. Dude went to Decker for a job. They hired him. He moves their loads, they give him money. Trucking ain't no Dave and Busters dude..it's work. It's a business. Treat it as such.Anonymousproxy Thanks this.

Most people in the United States are very happy to go home at the end of the work day. Most truckers treat the sleeper as their home because it is. Just because you have 11 hours to drive in a day in 14 doesn't mean most people drive 11 hours a day. Lots will to run recap which gives them lots of time at the end of the day. Just because you want to run your ### ragged doesn't mean anybody else should have to.
