dedicated routes

Anyone here who does any of the dedicated routes for tjmax? I made a contact today of someone who has been with swift for 12 years and has 4 trucks and looking for team drivers to hire for dedicated tjmax route but she had to take off before I could get much information besides a phone number.
I am not completely interested in teams but I dont mind making some backup plans if ever needed. Only thing she mentioned was that its no touch freight.

Right now im trying to make all the contacts I can to open doors later if needed but other dedicated routes can be discussed too if you would like to share your experience and give a heads up.

 

from what I understand she hires the drivers for her trucks but I dont know much of the details at this time, just seeing if I can find some information from people here. I just know she said she owns 4 trucks with Swift. I also didnt think about the other part, I guess loading and unloading at sites would make a huge difference.
Right now im just finding options, for now I will be training with Swift but dont know what will happen down the line after.
