Ha ! Local news is reporting that Trans ocean, the owner of the Deep Water Horizon has thumbed their nose at The U.S. Chemical Safety Board and refuses to hand over documents related to the testing and operation of the blowout preventer's. Trans ocean maintains the C.S.B. has no jurisdiction.
