The truck has been perfect until today. Driver said the truck was low on DEF and went truck stop to add some and went into full derate the second he started it with no prior warnings. after starting the truck 10 Codes came on at once including flashing DEF light. Does it look like maybe it was completely ran out of DEF? I included a screenshot of the codes, what do you guys think?

The unit was not low on DEF. With an Emissions fault the DEF light on the gauge will come on or flash even with a full tank. Get in the shop to troubleshoot the SCR faults at hand.

long story short, the driver definitely ran it out of DEF as he pulled into station to fill so it went into derate. Thing is it wouldn't come out after he filled the tank (despite what ive read) had it towed to the dealership they claimed there was a "loose wire" at a specific connector... coincidence? possibly but you know how those things go.... no issues sinceTruckerChance Thanks this.
