Def not moving, no pulling power

    3216 is Nox sensor fault. It could be the sensor or could be the wirimg harness. I would crawl under the truck and check the Nox wires and put some diode electric grease in the connector.

    If problem continues then contact the company you purchase the truck from and make arrangements for them to fix the problem. Should be an easy fix with the laptop.

    It's derated. Come on, the reason you have no power is because you've been driving around with an emissions code, the engine derated as punishment! You have to get the nox sensor replaced probably and the dealership can reset the derate. If you keep this up the truck will eventually go into engine shut down.

    Replace nox sensors both not just the one should set u back around 1200 to 1500 with debate reset and foraged regen and u should be back in business

    D13 emission derates don't require any form of computer reset, once the EATS ecu detects regular and valid voltage flow from fresh sesnsors it will reread and reset itself killing the derate.

    I've replaced pretty much every sensor on my intake, exauhst and EATS system on my d13 by myself at this point and all of its DIY'able no Volvo intervention necessary.

    NOX sensors are without a doubt two of the easiest on the dpf, since they're so large you can torque the #### out of them without worrying about them breaking in the flange mount, unlike the three dpf temp sesnsors.

    obviosly you haven't had to deal with a def derate that requires reset normal diagnostic procedure is after you replace the sensors you have to do a reset and also do a forced regen to verify repair. and it's not the installing part that you should worry about but talk to me when a nox sensor breaks the thread inside cuz sombody thinks they can just unscrew it and nothing will happen. plus if you look at the price that i said my cost on nox is about 900 try to see how much they are with standart pricing

    NOX sensors at summit Mack and volvo in Chicago for $350. Where are you buying your parts????

    And also after mine coded on egr delta P, def temp sesnsors Zone A/C, DEF delta p and SCR inlet pipe NOX sensor failed on me ALREADY since January, and I did all the work myself, truck hard derated on 3/4 listed above and required no regen or shop intervention. Put the new sensors in, truck ran for 5-15 min and codes unlisted. Wanna see the bills for parts and part diagrams pozzo Mack/volvo sent me out with?
