    Hill start assist not active. There should be a toggle switch on dash to turn HSA on/off.

    You could have an upstream issue like injectors, that could cause excess soot, in turn plugging egr cooler, and loading DOC/DPF which would cause frequent regens and NOx efficiency codes.
