Have anyone ever had a case with Freightliner/ Diamler pertaining to a truck fire or know any attorneys that handle defective truck claims for owner operators

No, but my sister is in commercial insurance and said they were trying to put a case against Kenworth for fires caused by the diesel lines going to the DPF doser. But not enough evidence yet.

I purchased brand new glider 4 months later truck caught fire on the inside of cab nothing on the outside went filed ins claim
They ended up replacing the complete cab truck was down 23 months still had to make payments and insurance was only able to put 2 payments on back end. Crimped wire in the sleeper behind control panel installed by manufacturer caused fire

I wouldn’t have taken that truck back after being in a fire. They should have just totaled it

Sounds like a standard contract dispute with the insurance company....
You really need to look at getting a lawyer and getting litigation started against them.
