When listening to AM radio, does it produce any RFI?

I only listen to satellite radio so I’m not sure. I’ve never noticed any interference through there or the CB though.

This is the only inverter I’ve installed in a truck, is radio interference common or was that a joke that went over my head?

Interference is common. I never had an issue once I got my pure sine inverter though.

That's the same one I bought but it's not installed yet. The cables are really short so I bought 1/0 cables and an ANL 350 amp fuse with gold plated fuse holder. Shipped it all to my driver when she was home for Thanksgiving but couldn't get it installed because of the big storm so I need to find a place in Texas to install it tomorrow or the next day. I've been told going to an RV service place is a good way to get that done.

We got snow and rain here last couple of days so I haven't braved the cold to install it yet, also trying to find 0AWG wire so I can reach the batteries.

Any welding shops in your area.
Often they'll make you exactly what you need.

I used welding cable also. Try an electrical supply house if there’s one in your area. They ended up being cheaper for the same cable and connectors.
