Aint no way 30 ton of beer will be legal in a van trailer with tandems. -

If it is for north Florida sales out of Jacksonville you need to tell him to run from that place!

He needs to jump to Foodservice. No need to start at beverage companies anymore. Nobody in trucking wants to do Foodservice cause they want to bump docks and eat their 2 for $5 dollars slice of pizza while somebody unloads their freight. Foodservice is easier then beer or beverage and compensates for the work. Then down the road he can figure out if he wants to keep on doing it or move onto LTL. I did two stops that took 2 hours and drove by the same beer guy still at a gas station unloading. I unload ed 250 cases and did two stops in that time.
