Time is your ally, and over time, these issues will seem less significant. About six months ago, I helped someone in your situation secure a job driving a yard truck with an LTL carrier. However, being marked as not eligible for rehire by Swift is something you'll need to address for the next seven years. When completing applications, avoid stating that you left Swift because you didn’t like the trainer; instead, mention it as a personality conflict. Hopefully, the economy will improve soon, and carriers will start hiring more drivers.

That’s what I would do in the OP’s position. Anything beats having to do the team thing.

The way I see it.....Western will hire you for flatbed and Covenant will hire you for teams. You're the one who needs a job, and your character shows you're a quitter and careless. They don't have to prove anything to you. You gotta prove something to them. As of right now, you're diva classified. If you want to reclassified, flip a coin and whichever company wins, go there and hit the highway. Also, don't forget to have a good attitude.
