Definitely the first 3 for sure, and possibly the 4th depending on how weird we are talking (if your company name is "We Like To Haul Truckloads of Scabs" we might just try and find another truck).

 

@Short Fuse EOD hit on the common ones. I'm not going to get too deep into the weeds on the others. If you think these dorks aren't out here reading forums to figure out how we're vetting them, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn to sell ya.

 

The no inspections is a red flag. It was for me when I started as well so I asked a cop to give me one In North Carolina and Texas. It helped.

 

Every time you pass the scale when you have the time, go out back and ask nicely if they would give you an inspection. Just say you’re trying to do the right thing and you just don’t have any credit because there’s no inspections just be very nice. It’s hard to say no.

 

It varies from coop to coop but most of them are happy to level 1 you if you ask nice and get you inspections.
