Is that Carrier 411 available to see from a carrier mc# login? Some people complain about false entries and they don't have any way to respond to them.
Is that a big deal to see what they say about you on the 411, considering so many stories have no true bearing?

But man, Owner Operators begging DOT for inspections sounds odd.
Maybe FMCSA should improve their vetting process of new MC# applicants instead of working on the speed limiters.jamespmack, Beaver9, 86scotty and 2 others Thank this. -
FloridaRetired Thanks this.

People want to work with ones who haul for them on a regular basis.
But having an inspection/s draws a bridge between.bryan21384 Thanks this. -

I understand. I still choose who I work for or don't. Alot of owner ops confuse this. -
https://www.justanswer.com/business-law/jwsjp-issues-freight-guard-carrier411-bad-report.html My uncles company has some bad report on Carrier 411, but it hasn't affected him to my knowledge. But according to this justanswer link (attorney answered question about Carrier 411), the carrier could file a defamation suit, if the carrier wanted to pursue it that far.
Beaver9 Thanks this.
