Denver Pilot Permanently Closed

Just in case anyone planned on it, the Pilot at I-70/Vasquez is closed forever as of 7PM November 30, 2017. Other places to park and fuel are available East at the Quebec Street exit - TA and Sapp Bros. There's a Flying J off of I-70 and Airport Road. A 1/2 hour farther East will get you to Love's in Bennett. There are also a couple of Mom and Pops near Watkins. North of I-25 and I-70, there's another Love's getting ready to open near Berthoud. 10 minutes North of there is Johnson's Corner at Campion. There are also a number of smaller Mom and Pop stops between Berthoud and Denver, so your chances of getting a spot are pretty good on I-25. On the West side of Denver, there's also a TA just East of the I-70/Ward Road Exit.

Yep. All that's about to get bulldozed in the next year. It should make I-70 and I-270 even more of a congestion mess.

 

Unfortunately, I can't. Our office/shop is just East of all that cluster jumble.
