    You never said you did mostly drop and hook, that's something entirely different, but if you are live loading, you should know what's going in your trailer.

    If it's sealed when you hook to it, then I can understand, but if it's not sealed, you should be verifying the contents, if you don't then by my book, that's called being lazy

    Plus I always put notes on the paperwork.
    “Shipper loaded counted & sealed-driver not allowed on dock-seal intact” or
    “Shipper loaded counted & sealed-preloaded trailer-seal intact” or something other than that to an extent. It’s a CYA tool if something happens.

    I do linehaul, no seals ever and trailer pre loaded when I hook up. No idea what I got on board. He looks innocent to me.
    Reason # 12,699 why I won't haul into the USA,,everybody guilty BS
