That's correct. Sometimes we just do what we have to do to stay employed. I don't care for teaming either, but would do it for the short term to get back on the solo road. They can take those fast food McDonald's type jobs and stuff em' , those jobs are even worse than running teams.

Im probably going to get jumped on and beat up here but if worse comes to worse, try doing a lease purchase. I, in no way endorse them and I think they are mostly a scam But it seems a lot of companies overlook more in those programs. Why? Because you pay for your own insurance, which will probably be high? It will be a way for you to keep getting hands on experience instead of having to sit it out until your record clears. PTL in Murray, KY might be a good one to talk to?

TransAm is pretty lenient. PTL might work, but they have tightened their rules a little. Apply with both companies.

Thing with PTL though, they use outside leasing companies who just want to get their trucks on the road but yea Trans Am is another one.

The biggest thing Im thinking about is trying to keep him on the road. If he has to sit it out til 2019, and they pass some of those regs they are trying to pass, he'll probably have to go back to school just to get back in a truck? Im like Razor, I dont see how he got charged with that accident but if he did, it will haunt him til it drops off.

You're right; he need to keep that Class A cdl active even if it's in a less than desirable job.

I don't see how he got charged with the accident IF he is telling the truth. I have no reason to think otherwise, and maybe the car jumped in front of him and slammed on the breaks in order to make the turn, I don't know. Maybe he is lying, maybe he left off important information, maybe the person who worked the accident is an idiot, I don't know.

Yea seems if she cut across in front of him, shed be the one to get a ticket for failing to yield or something? However it happened, the company fired him so they must have discounted his side of the story? Maybe they suspected he was speeding or something since he got that 15 over?
