    The WSP was doing that to a couple rigs this past Monday evening up the eastbound side of 90 on snoqualmie pass. The trucks had obviously spun out in the slush and couldn’t get going again.

    That bridge carries I-95 between New Hampshire and Maine. Due to the proximity of the naval shipyards in Bath that stretch is always busy. So if something like this happens,it doesn’t take long before traffic backs up.
